German (Dresden) Paper/Scrap - Fancy Birds Scrap Sheet. Imported from Germany. This is a new production of German scraps. They are from the last remaining German factory using old templates and historic plates. Many of the designs go back as far as 100 years. They are brightly colored embossed picture. They have been precut, but are connected by paper rib strips. You cut the ribs to cut your picture out. You can use a glitter pen (We carry the Sakura Stardust Glitter Pen), to add shimmer to the images or regular craft glitter. They can be used on ATCs, greeting cards, altered art project or to decoupage with. Each sheet measures 6 1/2 in. x 9 1/4 in.
