German (Dresden) Paper/Scrap - Vintage Children Scrap Sheet. They are brightly colored embossed picture. They have been precut, but are connected by paper rib strips. You cut the ribs to cut your picture out. You can use a glitter pen (We carry the Sakura Stardust Glitter Pen), to add shimmer to the images or regular craft glitter. They can be used on ATCs, greeting cards, altered art project or to decoupage with. Each sheet measures 6 1/2 in. x 9 1/4 in.
