Tim Holtz's Stampers Anonymous' ATC Flutter Background Stamp. The gray foam pad is already glued onto the red rubber. So just place your new stamp on your acrylic block and you are ready to stamp. The image is printed on the foam so when using it on an acrylic block, you can see the image you are stamping just like you can with clear stamps. Here's what Tim has to say about the stamps.
